The area of Firebrook is a beautiful community in Southwestern Lexington, Kentucky. Its precise boundaries are Harrodsburg Road to the East. Military Pike located to the North, Keene Road located to the West and Jessamine County sits to the South. Firebrook's population is a little over one thousand residents. The population density is a little over three thousand as well. This neighborhood is home to residents that fall within the median range of income. This is a very nice place to live because of how well built the particular community is. The area of Firebrook is home to two pools, two tennis courts, a lovely clubhouse, and a walking trail. This neighborhood sits on the outskirts of Lexington. This area is a beautiful place to rent or own because of how beautiful and quiet the area is. Keep in mind that the Firebrook neighborhood is only sixteen miles from Lexington's downtown amenities. This is a huge plus for renters and buyers. The style of homes within the Firebrook area include homes that are built with more of a modern, one to a two-story layout. Most all the homes within this neighborhood have been made from the traditional brick design. Some of the households in the Firebrook community come with a larger yard, which is always a plus for families with children. The homes in this neighborhood are very well built and are prestigious, being home to a lot of median income families. The schools in this area hold quite the prestigious reputation for fantastic education. Some of those schools include Garden Springs Elementary School, Beaumont Middle School, and Paul Lawrence Dunbar High School. Being only sixteen miles from the downtown Lexington area, there will come with some very nice restaurants. Some of those restaurants include Texas Roadhouse, AZUR restaurant & patio, and Bru Burger Bar. There are a few more great restaurants that I would like to mention, and they are Sahara Mediterranean Cuisine and J. Render's Southern Table & Bar. This neighborhood is a very nice place to rent or own because of how close it is to downtown and how well built the whole community is.
